Art Nouveau features sinuous, curving designs, usually based on an image or theme taken from nature. A central motif of art nouveau is the 'whiplash' curve.

Tulipa is a set of small windows for a large custom-made craftsman-style cabinet, which also featured a set of handmade green and gold pottery tiles with nature motifs. The windows were made to match the colors used on the tiles for this unique piece of furniture; we are waiting for a photo of the finished piece from the cabinet maker.
